Meet the team
Led by ten-time Solheim Cup representative and three-time major champion Anna Nordqvist, Team Europe’s leadership group brings together experience and a deep understanding of what this competition means. Alongside Vice Captains Caroline Hedwall, Mel Reid and Anne van Dam, Anna will guide Europe into a new chapter at Bernardus in 2026.
The European Team will be selected from the top two players on the LET Solheim Cup Points List, with another six players qualified on the basis of the Rolex Women’s World Golf Rankings.
The European Captain will then have another four picks to complete the team. The last qualifying event with be the AIG Women’s Open (July 30-Aug 2) after which the team will be announced.
